Michael Granoff is a seasoned direct marketing veteran with a solid track record of success. As a principal of his own graphic communications and direct marketing firm he grew revenues by more than 200%. More recently he was Vice President of business development for an award-winning direct marketing agency where he helped increase fee revenues by more than 100%, and has since served as Vice President of Marketing for two financial services firms. He currently manages fully integrated direct marketing initiatives for Citizens Financial Group as a senior member of their Channel Marketing team in Westwood, Massachusetts.
Michael also has extensive experience with a record-breaking style of integrated direct marketing that has increased lead volume 100% or more in some cases by combining unconventional advertising concepts with sophisticated direct marketing techniques across traditional and new media. This approach maximizes response while optimizing both on and off-line channels. Michael is also an expert in creating database driven one-to-one communications that are now so critical in today’s customer-focused marketplace.
From 1983 through 1999, Michael was principal and partner of CFI Design Group, Inc., a leader in information and graphic design, and cutting-edge direct mail programs. Nationally recognized as an industry leader, he was the Document Management Industries Association’s (DMIA) “Member of the Year” in 1992, and is well known for his creativity and entrepreneurial success.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Communications Technology and Management, with highest honors from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He also holds the DMIA's Certified Forms Consultant (CFC) designation -- it's highest level of distinction for indsutry professionals. Michael also went on to chair the DMIA's CFC national Accreditation board which designs and oversees the CFC examination.
